					<description>My opinion on the tazing of that guy above is that it seemed to me that he made some other comments that we could not hear clearly on the video, which may have changed our view of the situation.  From what I could tell, he said it as low as he could on purpose, whatever it was.  I am sure that everyone there was well aware that such comments, as they may have been, were uncalled for, inappropriate, and would be met with that kind of reaction from the police.  Moreover, you cannot blame the cops for trying to get someone who isn't cooperating under control.  You can't defend the actions of a guy who broke the rules he was well aware of as well as the law by resisting the officers, no matter the extent of the minor infraction.  Nor can you point fingers at other people for getting away with even lesser crimes in order to justify your own behavior.  So although ridiculous maybe, so was the guy, and the officer's actions were unfortunately warranted.  You can express your views in a professional manner, without disparaging and hateful remarks if you really want to.</description>
